Exceptional customer service, phoned about a Audi spoke to a sales rep , they answered all the questions I had, He also did a video call walk round of the car for me and he held the car for 4 days for me. Patience running thin from many "not as described" car viewings. I arrived at Mill Motors ready for a shoot-out! I was greeted by a clearly busy Jordan with a smile and the offer of hot travel weary recovering beverages. Dare I say it, the only fault I can find is the advert images did not do this accurately & honestly described vehicle justice! I enjoyed an unpressured, unrestricted inspection viewing followed by what felt like a limitless test drive. Faith restored, Mill Motor Company are a genuine credit to the industry, Jordan an asset to customer experience & satisfaction.
